Shillong, Aug 4: Today’s match in the OC Blue Shillong Premier League 2021-22 between Mawlai SC and Nangkiew Irat SC had to be postponed due to waterlogging at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
The fixture will be rescheduled to a date to be confirmed by the Shillong Sports Association, the organisers of the OC Blue SPL.
This is the third match of the season to have been interrupted by waterlogging on the Third Ground pitch.
In the first leg and season opener, Mawlai had blanked Nangkiew Irat 2-0.
Tomorrow Ryntih SC (11 points) will be up against bottom side Mawkhar SC (2 points). Ryntih had won their previous meeting 3-1 on 30th June.
