Shillong, Mar 15: Four Jeet Kune Do fighters from Meghalaya won gold medals at a world championship meet in Sri Lanka from 10th to 12th March.
The four are Francis RR Songthiang (60kg) and Lorenza Songthiang (54kg), both of Laitkor Kynton U Mon, Ribhalin Marbaniang (52kg) of Umkynrud and Ilawankmen Nongbri (48kg) of Lawsohtun.
The four were received on their return to Meghalaya and felicitated for their achievements.
