Shillong, Sep 7: Shillong Lajong FC announced the signing of their second Brazilian, and third foreigner, for the upcoming I-League 2023-24 season.
Renan Paulino de Souza is a midfielder and his addition comes on the back of SLFC’s acquisition of defender Daniel Gonçalves (also from Brazil) and striker Abdou Karim Samb from Senegal.
De Souza (28) has played for various Brazilian clubs and has also plied his trade for two seasons in Lithuania.
