Shillong, Oct 24: Nongkrem pulled off a 3-1 victory over Nongrah in the Shillong Sports Association’s First Division 2025 at the SSA Stadium at First Ground, Polo, here today.
Sawa Tang (42′), Balajied Lyngwa (70′) and Terrance Jyrwa (85′) scored for Nongkrem, while Shanbok Marboh (73′) produced Nongrah’s lone goal.
There will be a double-header tomorrow featuring the top two teams, with Meghalaya Police first taking on Pohkseh before Mawtawar face Nongkseh. Both MLP and Nongkseh have 12 points each.
