Shillong, Jun 14: Rangdajied United got back to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over Lawsohtun today in the U-18 Shillong Premier League at Third Ground, Polo.
Rangdajied had won their opening two games but then lost two before bouncing back today.
Knerkitlang Buam scored in the eighth minute, followed by Donboklang Mawlong in the 41st.
That was it for the first half, but three more goals followed in the second, with Rame John Lyngdoh (60′), George Vannie L Nongrang (79′) and Bankyrshan L Mawphlang (85′) getting on the scoresheet. Nongrang’s goal was the 100th for the season.
Rangdajied now have nine points from five matches, while Lawsohtun are still stuck on one point from five games.
Tomorrow Nangkiew Irat are scheduled to take on Ryntih at 1PM.
