Shillong, Jul 30: Nongthymmai scripted a 3-1 victory over Sohiong in Group A of the Second Division at Third Ground, Polo, today.
B Taro scored for Nongthymmai in the 10th minute but B Malngiang equalised for Sohiong just before the half time whistle.
M Makri (51’) and Taro (66’) then put Nongthymmai in the clear in the second half.
Tomorrow, in Group B, Laitkor are scheduled to face Riatsamthiah at 3:45PM.
