Shillong, Mar 10: Three karatekas – Eva Gracia M Kharumnuid, Betlynia Mawlein and Nyamloi Pansa – of the All Meghalaya Karate-do Association will participate at the All India University Karate Championship 2021-22 to be held at Kurukshetra University Sports Complex, Haryana, from 14th to 17th March.
The karatekas are registered students of North-Eastern Hill University. The team will be led by Ester Mary Lyngdoh and Audrey Synnah.
In a release, AMKA thanked the NEHU Vice-Chancellor and the university’s Sports Department for sending the team and bearing their expenditure for participating in the championship.
The association also passed on its best wishes to the athletes.
