Shillong, Sep 4: Mawkasiang SC won their Group B match in the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division today via a walkover against Mawreng SC.
Mawreng failed to report for the match at Third Ground, Polo, which gave their opponents an automatic 3-0 victory.
The result takes Mawkasiang to the top of Group B with 10 points, while it drops Mawreng to last place, as they are now behind Laitumkhrah SC on goal difference (-5 to -3).
