Shillong, Jun 29: Them Rangshken ACC enjoyed a five-star victory over Laitlulong SC in the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2024 today, winning their Group D match 5-0 at First Ground, Polo here today.
The earlier fixture, between Nongkolew SC and Risa Colony SC in Group E, ended all-square at 1-1. Pynshailang Kharwanniang put Nongkolew into the lead in the 16th minute only for Riskhem Sten to equalise in the 29th for Risa Colony and there were no goals in the rest of the contest.
Later, Gilbert Kurbah (3′, 35′) scored on either side of half time in the 70-minute match, with his team mates Stabok Kurbah (24′), Ivangari Kharphuli (62′) and Batistar Langstieh (70′) netting one each.
