Shillong, Jul 8: Both matches in the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2024 today ended in draws, with Lumkseh SC versus Nongkolew SC in Group E ending 1-1 and the game between Pommura SC and Lummawbah SC in Group F finishing 0-0.
Nongkolew scored first through Shain Mujai (39′) before Pynkhlainstar Nongbri (53′) for Lumkseh.
This was the first point for Lumkseh and their first goal of the season. All the other three teams involved today had drawn their respective opening fixtures.
In fact, Groups E and F have seen an inordinate number of draws, with three out of the four matches in each having ended all-square.
