Shillong, Aug 23: The North East Football Development Council is set to convene a key meeting here on Monday to address pressing matters concerning the future of football in the North East region.
The meeting will take place at the Shillong Club from 7:30PM. Lalnghinglova Hmar, the NEFDC President and Mizoram’s Minister of Sports & Youth Welfare, will chair the meeting, a press release informed today.
This session will bring together key stakeholders, including representatives of regional football associations, to discuss strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing football development programmes.
Among the key agenda items are the evaluation of the current development programme and development of football in the North East.
