Shillong, Sep 12: The latest in a series of talent hunt programmes will be organised under the Khelo India Rising Talent Hunt (KIRTI-MyBharat) where youngsters will be assessed and given a chance to train at state of the art sports facilities in the country.
The assessment in two disciplines – athletics and football – will be made on 16th and 17th September 2024 at the Government Boys Higher Secondary School in Jowai.
Registration for the talent hunt will open from 9:30AM to 1PM and evaluation will take place until 6PM on both days.
The assessment will feature physical fitness tests on scientific lines and sports-specific tests based on skill tailored to evaluate the potential in athletes of all ages, a press release stated.
