Shillong, Oct 12: Meghalaya Police defeated Mawtawar 3-0 in their Shillong Sports Association First Division 2025 match at the SSA Stadium at First Ground, Polo, here yesterday.
Pynshailang Lyngkhoi (36′, 75′) and Everestarly Rynjah (89′) were the scorers.
Pynshailang has now scored 5 goals in three games and is the top scorer of the league. He has scored at least once in every MLP match so far.
This was Mawtawar’s first defeat on the pitch after two successive draws (one match is under a protest but TSR hasn’t heard the result of this).
The Police have won all three fixtures and have 9 points.
