Shillong, Nov 7: Nongthymmai breezed past Mawkhar 4-0 in the Shillong Sports Association’s First Division 2025 at the SSA Stadium at First Ground, Polo, here yesterday.
Daryll Lyngdoh (21′), Iaikyrmen Shynret (47′, 54′) and Mowell Chyne (90’+2) were the scorers.
Nongthymmai and Mawtawar have the same number of points now (13) but Nongthymmai have a better goal difference. They have yet to meet this season, so head-to-head doesn’t apply yet.
Meanwhile, Mawkhar have lost two games in a row and remain stuck in fifth spot.
