Shillong, Mar 26: Shillong Lajong FC will play their second away game of the Indian Football League 2025-26 when they face Gokulam Kerala FC on Thursday. Kick-off in Manjeri, Kerala, has been brought forward to 4PM from the originally scheduled 6:30PM.
Lajong are riding high after coming from a goal down to beat Chanmari FC 2-1 in Aizawl on 19th March. They have 7 points from four games and are currently fourth, though they could rise as high as first place if they win today.
Former champions Gokulam Kerala, meanwhile, have had a mixed bag of a season and are seventh with 5 points. They picked up just 2 points from their first three fixtures before beating Dempo SC 2-0 last Friday. This will be their fourth home game in a row and they will look to turn that one win into two.
