Shillong, May 20: Mawpdang beat Lumpyngngad 10-0 in Group B of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 at the MFA Ground here today.
Jonathan Kharbani (5′, 75′, 79′, 80′, 80’+1) scored as many as five goals, while Lamshai Jana also registered a hat-trick (49′, 53′, 67′) in the 80-minute match. The other two goals were by Nameshemphang Pdahkasiej (19′) and Marbiang Kharbhih (34′).
The other game of the day saw Thynroit come from a goal down to win 2-1 against Laitlulong, also in Group B.
Wallamjingsuk Dkhar (27′) netted first for Laitlulong but Banraplang Suting (40’+1) and Ishanborlang Kurkalang (70′) brought victory to Thynroit.
