Shillong, Jun 14: The Chief Minister’s State Level U-12 Football Tournament 2023 began on Monday at the SAI Centre with representation from all 12 districts in boys’ and girls’ categories.
The semifinals will take place tomorrow. In the girls’ category, West Khasi Hills will take on East Khasi Hills and East Jaintia Hills will face South West Khasi Hills. Both of these matches will take place at 9AM.
In the boys’ category, West Jaintia Hills will go up against Eastern West Khasi Hills, while Ri-Bhoi and East Khasi Hills meet in the other match, both of which will take place from 10:45AM.
A total of 384 children will be competing in the five-day tournament.
