Shillong, Jul 20: Risa Colony SC had to come from a goal down in order to defeat Pommura SC 2-1 in Group D of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
The other match of the day, also in Group D, saw Mawnianglah Youth SC and Mawkriah West SC play out a 1-1 draw.
Andystar Kharsati gave Pommura a fourth minute lead but this was quickly cancelled out by Balajied Khynriem (7′) and Risa Colony then took the lead in the 61st minute via Peterson Lamare.
Earlier, Mawkriah West went ahead in the first half through Laurence J Nongbri (15′) before Ronaldo Rani (47′) equalised for Mawnianglah in the second half.
