Shillong, Aug 30: Pommura SC and Mawlyngngad SC were locked in a 1-1 draw in their Group D match of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
There was just the one game today and it saw Arbistar Wankhar give Pommura the lead in the 13th minute and his team were almost able to hold onto that slim advantage until they conceded late into the 70-minute match.
Freddy Khyriemmujat provided the equaliser for Mawlyngngad in the 65th minute.
This was the second draw for Mawlyngngad as they still search for their maiden win, while Pommura have now experienced one win, draw and loss each.
