Shillong, May 6: The final of the Shillong Cricket League’s Super Division was completely washed out here on Sunday, which meant that the 2024 title was shared between the finalists, Rangkynsai and Royal CC.
Both teams had won all five of their respective group matches – Royal in Group A, Rangkynsai in Group B.
The two teams met in the Super Six stage a few days ago and on that occasion Royal won by seven wickets.
Yesterday, Meghalaya Cricket Association President Nababrata Bhattacharjee presented the trophy to the joint winners.
