Shillong, Feb 26: They’ll be away from home by Shillong Lajong FC will fancy their chances against SC Bengaluru in their I-League 2024-25 fixture in Bangalore today. Kick-off will be at 4PM.
After coming back to draw against Dempo SC in Goa in their last outing, SLFC will aim for victory against 10th-placed SC Bengaluru, who they demolished 5-0 in the first leg in Shillong last month.
The Southern side have overcome a torrid start to the season, however, and will be in no mood to yield the game so easily to Lajong, who are currently in seventh place with 23 points.
SC Bengaluru have been undefeated in their last four matches, though three of these ended in draws. The Reds, meanwhile, have lost only one of their last five games.
