Shillong, Apr 26: The Meghalaya Football Association informed today that the inter-district transfer window has opened for the 2019 football season.
The transfer forms are available at the MFA office in Polo Ground, Shillong.
Players and clubs intending on an inter-district transfer can collect the forms up until 4th May, Monday-Saturday, from 2PM to 5PM, MFA CEO Arki Nongrum said in a press release issued today.
