Shillong, Jun 17: Diliengiem pipped Umsohsun 1-0 in a Group A clash of the Fourth Division at Second Ground, Polo, today.
This was the fourth consecutive 1-0 result in this particular league.
K Nongbri scored the only goal in the 43rd minute of the 70-minute match. This was Deliengiem’s first win after losing their opener 4-0 to Lawmei. Umsohsun, meanwhile, are still looking for their maiden victory after drawing 1-1 with Madanrting in their first match.
Tomorrow, in Group A, Lawmei are scheduled to face Nongrah at 4PM.
