Shillong, Dec 21: Junior United won the Open to All Football Knockout Tournament 2021, organised by the Seng Samla Shnong Umsning Patarim, against Lamare FC yesterday.
The match was taken to a tiebreaker, which Junior Utd won 3-2, after neither side scored during regulation time.
This is the second time that Junior United have won the tournament.
As champions, they were awarded Rs 2 lakh in prize money, with Lamare FC receiving Rs 1 lakh.
