Shillong, Oct 13: A brace of goals in stoppage time by Samborlang Wankhar gave Nongrah a 3-1 victory over Mawkhar in the Shillong Sports Association First Division 2025 at the SSA Stadium at First Ground, Polo, here today.
Shanbok Marboh (27′) put Nongrah ahead only for Shaipharlin Nongsiej (35′) to equalise for Mawkhar in the first half itself.
The game was almost up when Samborlang (90’+2, 90’+3) struck twice in double quick time to give Nongrah victory.
