Shillong, Feb 10: Mynsngat FC won the final of a knockout football tournament held in Nartiang today 1-0 against Nick FC.
The tournament was organised by the Nartiang unit of the Federation of Khasi, Jaintia and Garo People.
Stephanson Pale of Nick FC was named Best Player and Mynsngat goalkeeper Rajat Paul Lyngdoh the Best Goalkeeper.
The winner walked away with a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh while the runners-up received Rs 1 lakh.
