Shillong, Sep 22: Galaxy FC beat 12 Daloi 3-2 in a thriller at the 8th Invitation Knockout Football Tournament, organised by Wahiajer SC, yesterday.
Ebor Bareh (12′, 18′) produced a brace of goals for Galaxy early on and the scoreline remained 2-0 at half time. Punkhroo Laloo (58′) reduced the margin in the second half for 12 Daloi but Nobleson Dhar (68′) restored the two-goal lead for Galaxy.
A final 76th minute goal by Regal Pyrtuh kept 12 Daloi in the hunt but their opponents managed to eke out the remaining minutes for victory.
Ebor was named Player of the Match.
The next fixture will be played on Tuesday between YBSC Shella and CB Kharsati at 2:30PM.
