Shillong, Feb 6: Four karatekas from the All Meghalaya Karate-Do Association (AMKA) picked up medals at the recently concluded Karate Association of India Cadet, Junior & U-21 National Karate Championship, AMKA said in a press release today.

Silver was won by Wandahunshisha Mawblei in the kumite cadet -54kg category, while Felicia Nongdhar (kumite junior -48kg), Iohbor Mylliempdah (kumite cadet -52kg) and Josanky Rympei (kumite U-21 -50kg) took bronze.

The team was led by Arjun Sewa and Raphael Sunn. The competition, held in New Delhi, ran from 31st January to 2nd February.
