Shillong, Jun 29: After two completely unbeaten rounds, Langsning Greenergy Lions will go up against Unified Gorkha Gators in the Meghalaya Baby League (MBL) 2018 here tomorrow at Polo Ground.
Twenty matches will be held at three venues – Third Ground, the JN Stadium and the Futsal Ground – at the JN Sports Complex between eight different teams.
The MBL 2018 is the joint initiative of Tata Trusts, the Meghalaya Football Association (MFA) and All India Football Federation.
In the Western Conference the Greenergy Lions and Gorkha Gators will begin their matches from 9:30AM. Little Star Clouded Leopards and Kickstart FCC Rhinos will then play their games from 1:15PM.
Meanwhile, in the Eastern Conference, Touchline NE Cubs will go up against Nongthymmai GC Scorpions from 9:30AM, followed by JNS Jaguars versus Sunnydale School Doves from 12:30PM.
Wonderful support from friends, family and other well-wishers has been one of the most positive aspects of the inaugural edition of the Meghalaya Baby League. Each and every day has seen excellent turnout of friends and family and the MFA encourages one and all to come out again tomorrow to cheer on the children.
