Shillong, Jan 8: The Meghalaya team bagged two bronze medals at the Karate Association of India’s President Cup 2020, which was held today in Goa.
Saralin Rynghang took bronze in the women’s -50kg individual kumite and Barisha Kharbani claimed bronze in the women’s -61kg individual kumite, the All Meghalaya Karate-Do Association informed through a press release this evening.
The team of seven – Edwilbert Nongkynrih, Glikerius Buhphang, Wanphrang Jyrwa, Banteilang Pdahsiej and Phikerbha Kharbihkhiew – were led by coach Donboklang Lyngdoh and manager Arjun Sewa.
