Shillong, Oct 21: The semifinal lineup for the 1st Veteran Basketball Championship, organised by the East Khasi Hills District Basketball Association, was confirmed today.
Two games were held today as the group stage concluded. In the first match, 99 Problems and Eastern Range fought it out to book their spot in the semis. Eastern Range pulled out a good lead from the beginning and were victorious in the end. Lumshyiap United were also victorious over Mawphlang.
The last-four matches are scheduled for Friday, with SYM versus Lawsohtun Marvel in the first of the women’s games, followed by Splash against Promising SC.
Next up will be the men’s semis between Iaineh SC and Nongstoin Ballers before Madanrting taken on Eastern Range. The games will begin at 1:30PM.
