Shillong, Feb 12: Iairy Sangma has been selected for the third season of 3BL, an international professional 3×3 basketball league held in India.
Sangma, who plays locally for Shillong Labet, lives in the Pynthorbah neighbourhood of Shillong.
She and Larihun Warjri went down to Hyderabad for tryouts where they put through their paces in various tests, such as of fitness and skill, following which Sangma was selected.
The 3BL season will run next month.
