Shillong, Aug 2: Mawnianglah YSC had to come from a goal behind to take three points in a 3-2 win against Diengpasoh SC in Group D of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
The other match ended 1-0 in favour of Laitkroh SC over Mawlyngngad SC.
Bapyniadei Swer (10′) gave Diengpasoh the early lead but Evinstar Nongkhlaw (23′, 35′) responded with a brace for Mawnianglah. Bapynkmenlang Kharsati (57′) made it 2-2 with an equaliser for Diengpasoh but Geral Rangslang (70′) then scored the winning goal late in the 70-minute game.
In the earlier game, Robinson Kurkalang (39′) scored the only goal against Mawlyngngad.
