Shillong, Aug 3: Meghalaya Police stormed to a 6-0 victory against Mawkhar Mylliem SC in the 13th match of the Knockout Football Tournament organised by Ri Khasi SCSC at Madan Kurkalang, Bhoirymbong, yesterday.
This was the last of the first round matches.
The police pumped in three goals in each half, via Aldrin Ramsiej (25′), Pynshailang L Lyngkhoi (28′), Everywell Khongjee (33′), Teiborlang Siangshai (60′), Ramos Ingti (68′) and Chesterfield Nongdhar (72′).
The pre-quarterfinals will begin on 5th August between Risyon FC and Shillong Lajong FC reserves.
