Shillong, Nov 4: Shillong Labet finished in second place at the 2nd East Jam Basketball Tournament in Diphu, Assam.
In the final, Da Ravagers defeated Labet 33-28 in a closely contested match. This was the only game that the Shillong team lost, having been unbeaten in the group phase.
Among the individual award winners was Labet’s Balarine Marboh, who was named Best Defensive Player at the tournament.
