Shillong, Jul 20: Nongthymmai registered a convincing 4-0 victory over Sohryngkham in Group A of the Second Division at Third Ground, Polo, today.
B Taro scored the only goal of the first half in the 35th minute, but Nongthymmai converted more chances in the second 45 minutes, bagging goals via M Makri (49′), B Mawlong (81′) and Taro (83′) again.
Monday’s fixture will see Wahingdoh take on Laitkor in Group B at 3:45PM.
