Shillong, Jun 17: Here are the results from the fourth day (Friday) of the District Level Subroto Mukherjee Cup in East Jaintia Hills, the matches of which are taking place at Madan Deinchynrum.
In the U-17 girls’ category, Sham Sham Secondary School defeated Divine Word Secondary School 2-0 with an own goal in the 27th minute and another in the 31st minute by S Phawa making the difference.
Lotus SS smashed Rymbai Govt SS 10-0 with Diwakapaia Dkhar (6′, 8′, 33′, 43′) and Alisha Lyngdoh (1′, 20′, 25′, 41′) scoring hat-tricks and Daphishisha Lyngdoh (23′, 32′) a brace.
In the U-15 boys’ category, KB Memorial SS were resounding 16-0 winners over Dkhiah East SS. Dameki Phawa (3′, 11′, 12′, 26′, 27′, 29′, 31′, 32′, 42′) scored as many as nine goals (a triple hat-trick!) Team mates Ebiangmi Siangshai (38′, 44′, 47′), Ekunemon Lamare (15′, 22′), Dining Rymbai (35′) and Eddie James Siangshai (39′) were the other scorers.
Step By Step SS then won 5-0 against Khliehriat Higher Secondary School, with Kevinson Dkhar (9′, 25′, 34′ 58′) producing four goals and Franky Ryngkhlem (16′) one.
